以矿物分离选择性高为特点的 ,使用烷胺及其衍生物作为捕收剂的阳离子浮选工艺 ,近年来已得到越加广泛的工业应用。在最近几年间 ,几种新型的阳离子捕收剂———烷基吗啉已开始得到工业应用。阳离子表面活性剂作为捕收剂的分选效果 ,主要取决于它们的胶体性质和吸附性质以及矿石中的硅酸盐 -碳酸盐造岩矿物的含量 ,后者能吸附阳离子捕收剂。研究了几种具有不同成分的起泡剂和抑制剂 ,对烷胺和烷基吗啉物理化学和浮选性质的影响。在这些研究的基础上 ,明确了对有机抑制剂的一些要求 ,并推荐提出了几种新型的浮选药剂 (V -1起泡剂和KS -MF抑制剂 )。使用这些新型浮选药剂能较大幅度地降低昂贵的阳离子捕收剂的用量 ,并能提高较粗矿粒的可浮性。文中还介绍了这些新型浮选药剂的工业应用结果。研制的这几种浮选药剂也可用于其它矿石的浮选工艺中
Cationic flotation processes that utilize alkylamines and their derivatives as collectors, characterized by high mineral separation selectivity, have gained more widespread industrial use in recent years. In recent years, several new cationic collector --- alkyl morpholine has begun to get industrial applications. The sorting effect of cationic surfactants as collectors depends mainly on their colloidal and adsorptive properties and the silicate-carbonate rock-forming minerals in the ore, which can adsorb cationic collectors. The effects of several blowing agents and inhibitors with different compositions on the physico-chemical and flotation properties of alkylamines and alkylmorpholines were studied. Based on these studies, some requirements for organic inhibitors were clarified and several new types of flotation reagents (V-1 foaming agents and KS-MF inhibitors) were proposed. The use of these new flotation reagents can dramatically reduce the amount of expensive cation collectors and increase the buoyancy of coarser ore particles. The article also describes the industrial application of these new flotation reagents. Developed these flotation reagents can also be used in other ore flotation process
