对于企业的共青团工作,有一类共同性的工作法则。即适应企业的共青团工作环境,站在企业管理学的角度,根据企业化管理方式,制定一个必要的共青团工作制度,有计划地开展相关工作,并作为企业团组织运转的行动依据。同时工作开展的重心须围绕企业发展核心,工作开展的依靠是各企业部门的协调与帮助,及企业领导支持与导引。
There is a common set of work rules for the Communist Youth League work in enterprises. That is, to adapt to the work environment of the Communist Youth League of the enterprises. From the perspective of enterprise management science, a necessary work system of the Communist Youth League should be formulated according to the mode of enterprise management. Relevant work should be carried out in a planned manner and be taken as the basis for operation of the organization of enterprises.
