采用血液净化技术对肾病顽固性腹水进行腹水双浓缩回输治疗11例18例次。腹水回输方法为双透析器双浓缩回输法与单透析器双浓缩回输法。腹水回输与血液透析同时进行，腹水在体外经泵引入透析器后直接回输体内，同时增加透析负压使腹水达到体内浓缩，一次能回输全部腹水。腹水的流量可调节。所有病例均未发生血压异常及急性心衰，无腹水凝固、污染，无需增加肝素用量。肾原性腹水者回输后血浆蛋白平均增加15．1g／L，肾病综合征者一般情况显著改善。此法优于其它腹水回输方法。
