北京万泉新新家园位于北京市西北部。基地用地25ha。居住用地16.81ha,总建筑面积22.54万平方米,其中住宅建筑面积20.24万平方米,容积率1.34,绿化率44.8％。该小区充分引入基地北部城市绿地和西山背景,创造具有高雅文化品位的住宅社区;利用基地渔场现状,开辟周边全地下车库,实现外围车库入口、内部人行的交通环境,停车位达到120％;取消组团级空间,各院落空间直接面向公共绿化空间,形成相互渗透的可视可达和可享用的休闲环境。
Beijing Wanquan new new home is located in the northwest of Beijing. Base land 25ha. Residential land 16.81ha, with a total construction area of 225,400 square meters, of which residential construction area of 202,400 square meters, floor area ratio of 1.34, greening rate of 44.8%.
