胃癌是全球最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,目前其早期诊断缺乏敏感的非侵入性诊断标记物。近几年在胃癌组织中发现了一类微小的RNA(MicroRNA,miRNA),同时血清、血浆中也找到稳定的miRNA表达,且不同的肿瘤显示出特异性的miRNA表达谱,具有明显的组织特异性和肿瘤特异性,因而循环miRNA可能成为潜在的生物标记物用于疾病的诊断。本文主要以循环miRNA在胃癌的诊断和预后预测方面的进展做一综述。
Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the world and its early diagnosis lacks sensitive and noninvasive diagnostic markers. In recent years, a group of tiny RNAs (miRNAs) have been found in gastric cancer tissues. In addition, stable miRNAs are also found in serum and plasma, and different tumors show specific miRNA expression profiles with distinct tissue-specific Sexual and tumor-specific, circulating miRNA may become a potential biomarker for the diagnosis of the disease. This article mainly reviews the progress of circulating miRNAs in the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
