目的了解2008年济源市法定传染病疫情发生水平及流行情况。方法使用中国疾病预防控制中心开发的“国家疾病报告管理信息系统”对济源市2008年法定传染病发病和死亡情况进行统计分析。结果 2008年济源市共报告法定传染病15种3 237例,总发病率为502.15/10万,与上年相比下降了21.92%。报告死亡7例,死亡率为1.08/10万,与上年相比上升了134.08%。其中甲类传染病无发病和死亡报告,报告乙类传染病11种2 670例,发病率为414.19/10万,与上年相比下降了30.91%;报告死亡7例,死亡率为1.08/10万,与上年相比上升了134.08%;报告丙类传染病4种567例,报告发病率为87.96/10万,与上年相比上升了101.70%,丙类传染病无死亡病例报告。乙类传染病发病居前3位的疾病依次为:病毒性肝炎、肺结核和梅毒。丙类传染病发病居前3位的疾病依次为手足口病、其它感染性腹泻和流行性腮腺炎。结论当前病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、手足口病和其它感染性腹泻应是严重危害当地居民身体健康与生命安全的主要公共卫生问题。
Objective To understand the incidence and prevalence of notifiable infectious diseases in Jiyuan City in 2008. Methods The National Disease Reporting Management Information System developed by China Center for Disease Control and Prevention was used to analyze the incidence and death of notifiable infectious diseases in Jiyuan City in 2008. Results In 2008, a total of 3 237 cases of 15 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in Jiyuan City, with a total incidence of 502.15 / 100,000, down 21.92% from the previous year. Seven cases were reported dead with a mortality rate of 1.08 / 100,000, up 134.08% from the previous year. Among them, there was no report of morbidity and mortality of Category A infectious diseases, which reported 2 kinds of 2 670 cases of Category B infectious diseases with a prevalence of 414.19 / 100,000, down 30.91% from the previous year; 7 cases were reported dead with a mortality rate of 1.08 / Compared with the previous year, an increase of 134.08%. There were 567 cases of 4 types of Category C infectious diseases reported, with a reported incidence of 87.96 / 100000, an increase of 101.70% as compared with the previous year and no case of death from Category C infectious diseases . The top three diseases of Category B infectious diseases were viral hepatitis, tuberculosis and syphilis. The top 3 diseases with the highest incidence of Category C infectious diseases were hand-foot-mouth disease, other infectious diarrhea and mumps in turn. Conclusion Currently, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, hand-foot-mouth disease and other infectious diarrhea should be the major public health problems that seriously endanger the health and life safety of local residents.
