雷公藤多甙(以下简称多甙)是卫矛科雷公藤根的提取精制品,系非甾体免疫制剂,用于多种免疫性疾病可获得满意疗效。现将其临床研究简要综述如下。 1.类风湿性关节炎。于氏报告,用多甙治疗144例类风湿性关节炎,总有效率93.3%,显效率55.1%。治疗后血沉恢复正常者40%,类风湿因子转阴47.8%,治疗后关节肿胀消退或明显减轻,活动度增大。
Tripterygium wilfordii (hereinafter abbreviated as Polyphemerium) is a refined product of Euonymus wilfordii, a non-steroidal immune preparation used for various immune diseases to obtain satisfactory therapeutic effects. The clinical studies are briefly summarized below. 1. Rheumatoid arthritis. Yu Shi reported that 144 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were treated with multiple fistulas, with a total effective rate of 93.3% and a markedly effective rate of 55.1%. After treatment, erythrocyte sedimentation rate returned to normal 40%, and rheumatoid factors reversed 47.8%. After treatment, joint swelling subsided or significantly reduced, and activity increased.
