As early as the Jin and Jin Dynasties physicians think the season, the weather and “stroke ” is closely related. Since the seventies, the domestic medical community has also begun to attach importance to the relationship between stroke and weather, and a large number of clinical reports. Beijing Xuanwu Hospital reported that winter cerebral hemorrhage accounted for half of the year; several comprehensive hospitals in Wuhan statistics show that in recent years, the winter hemorrhagic stroke was significantly higher than the other seasons, especially the meteorological mutation on the incidence of greater impact, especially in the elderly people. Stroke can have serious consequences for the elderly, posing a heavy burden on the family. Experience tells people that as long as the comprehensive preventive measures can prevent or reduce the incidence of stroke.
