According to iSuppli expects NAND flash memory revenue will reach 187 billion US dollars in 2010, up 38% over last year’s 13.5 billion US dollars, partly due to the increased use of consumer electronics products such as smart phones and Apple iPad. As both supply and demand growth in the second half of this year and next year, NAND flash memory market in 2011 will continue to grow, though not as strong as this year. iSuppli’s data show that NAND flash market is expected to rise 25% next year to 225 billion.
