通常称完全或部分依靠砖坯内部燃烧和少量外加燃料,使砖坯烧成的制砖方法叫“内燃烧砖”。掺入砖坯基本原料中可燃性的添加材料叫内燃料,常用的内燃料有煤、煤矸石、烟道灰等。焙烧“内燃烧砖”的技术要点是: 一、摸准配料比例,搞好搅拌。在保证配合料成型能力的前提下,内燃料的掺入量主要根据内燃程度、砖的焙烧耗热量以及内燃料的热值来确定。
