人工流产(人流)是计划生育门诊用于终止早期妊娠的常用治疗手段,宫腔粘连是人流术后常见的远期并发症,主要表现为人流后出现闭经或者月经量过少、周期性下腹痛。有时经血可经输卵管逆流入患者腹腔.临床症状酷似宫外孕,有文献将此征称之为异位妊娠综合征[1]。近年来,我院在人流术后宫腔内注入透明质酸钠来预防宫腔粘连,现将观察结果报道如下。
Induced abortion (flow of people) is a commonly used treatment for termination of early pregnancy in family planning clinics. Intrauterine adhesions are common long-term complication after abortion, mainly manifested as amenorrhea after menstruation or menorrhagia, periodic lower abdominal pain . Sometimes menstrual blood can be reversed by the fallopian tube into the patient’s abdominal cavity.Clinical symptoms resemble ectopic pregnancy, there are references to this sign called ectopic pregnancy syndrome [1]. In recent years, our hospital in the intrauterine injection of sodium hyaluronate to prevent intrauterine adhesions, the observations are reported below.
