论述了移动宽带时代,电信运营由语音经营向流量经营转变,必须以用户体验为导向开展网络资源配置。根据现网基站覆盖的区域特点,开展了数据挖掘分析,初探了基于典型场景的业务需求分析方法,建立了基于典型场景的分业务流量需求模型。
Discusses the era of mobile broadband, telecom operators from voice management to traffic management change, we must take user experience as the guide to carry out the network resource allocation. According to the characteristics of the area covered by the existing network base station, the data mining analysis is carried out. The business requirement analysis method based on the typical scenario is discussed, and the service traffic demand model based on the typical scenario is established.
