睫状体冷冻疗法通过抑制睫状突的房水分泌而降低眼压。本文报告用睫状体冷冻疗法治疗一例眼压难以控制的青光眼后发生晶体半脱位。患者,14岁男孩。8岁时被弹弓击伤左眼,伤后3年因视网膜脱离而视力急剧下降,同时并发青光眼。曾3次行视网膜脱离修复术,包括360°巩膜扣带术。患者就诊时,左眼摘用0.5%噻吗心安,每日2次。检查所见:左眼视力手动,眼压12mmHg。有相对性传入性瞳孔反射障碍,散在的虹膜后粘连和中度后囊下白内障,以及房角后退。视网膜除下方遗留
