高职思想政治理论课长期以来由于以“灌输教育”为主的显性德育方式,忽视了大学生道德养成的主体性,致使大学生产生了排斥和逆反的心理,削弱了德育的实效。然而,显性德育方式与隐性德育方式有其各自的优势,但在教学实践中又各存在其局限性。只有在教学中将二者有机结合,才能焕发高职思想政治理论课的活力,增强德育的实效性。
The ideological and political theory course in higher vocational education has long neglected the subjectivity of college students’development due to the explicit moral education mode of “instilling education”, resulting in the psychology of rejection and rebellion of undergraduates and undermining the effectiveness of moral education. However, dominant moral education and recessive moral education have their own advantages, but there are limitations in teaching practice. Only by combining the two in teaching can we revitalize the ideological and political theory courses in higher vocational schools and enhance the effectiveness of moral education.
