目的观察血清一氧化氮(NO)水平与糖尿病视神经病变(DON)的关系。方法采用硝酸盐还原酶法测定56例2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血清NO水平,同时对上述患者的眼底及眼底荧光血管造影检查等临床资料进行分析,将单眼有糖尿病相关性视神经病变的患者作为DON组。结果正常对照(NC)组患者NO含量最高(P<0.01),DON组NO含量最低(P<0.05)。结论 NO水平在糖尿病视神经病变的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用。
Objective To observe the relationship between serum nitric oxide (NO) and diabetic optic neuropathy (DON). Methods Nitrate reductase was used to determine the level of serum NO in 56 patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy (DR). The clinical data of fundus and fundus fluorescein angiography in these patients were also analyzed. The diabetic eyes with monocular diabetic-related optic neuropathy Patient as DON group. Results The NO level in NC group was the highest (P <0.01), and the NO level in DON group was the lowest (P <0.05). Conclusion NO levels play an important role in the development of diabetic optic neuropathy.
