目的 了解和掌握2013-2015年成都市双流区食品和公共场所从业人员预防性健康检查情况, 提高从业人员预防性健康检查管理水平, 保障广大人民群众的身体健康.方法 对2013-2015年成都市双流区体检的食品和公共场所从业人员体检结果进行统计分析.结果 2013-2015年成都市双流区共体检104 527人, 不合格74人, 不合格率为7. 08/万 (74/104 527), 2013-2015年不合格率逐年下降, 差异有统计学意义 (χ2=23. 34, P 0. 05) .检查不合格项目以肠道致病菌和活动性肺结核为主.结论 2013-2015年成都市双流区食品和公共场所从业人员预防性健康检查结果合格率较高, 应重点加强肠道传染性疾病和结核病的健康教育和动态监测.“,”Objective To understand the health status of employees in food and public places in Shuangliu District of Chengdu from 2013 to 2015, to improve the management level of preventive physical examination and to ensure the health of the masses.Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on the physical examination results of employees in food and public places in the Shuangliu District of Chengdu in 2013-2015. Results From 2013 to 2015, there were 104 527 people included in the examination in the Shuangliu District of Chengdu, of which 74 were unqualified. The unqualified rate was 7. 08/10 000 (74/104 527). The unqualified rate in 2013-2015 decreased year by year. The difference was statistically significant (χ2= 23. 34, P 0. 05). The unqualified cases were mainly for intestinal pathogenic bacteria and active tuberculosis. Conclusion The qualified examination rate of employees in food and public places of Shuangliu District is relativelyhigh. The health education and dynamic monitoring of intestinal infectious diseases and tuberculosis should be emphasized.
