由于FDW-1临氢降凝催化剂具有良好的抗氨性能,临氢降凝可直接与加氢精制串联,实现加氢精制-临氢降凝一段串联工艺流程。试验结果表明:该工艺对原料适应性强,精制性能好,降凝效果佳,稳定性良好,是生产低凝(疑点与冷滤点可分别符合-20号和-35号柴油规格指标)、优质(硫含量<0.05%、颜色浅、安定性好)柴油的专门技术。哈尔滨炼油厂利用该工艺建成投产的 0.3 Mt/a工业装置,加工重油催化裂化柴油,已生产出合格的-35号低凝柴油。
As the FDW-1 hydrodewaxing catalyst has good anti-ammonia performance, hydrodewaxing can be directly connected with the hydrofinishing to achieve a series of hydrodesulfurization-hydrodewaxing process. The test results show that the process has good adaptability to raw materials, good refining performance, good pour point depressing effect, good stability and low condensing production (doubtful and cold filter points can meet the specifications of -20 and -35 respectively) High-quality (sulfur content <0.05%, light color, good stability) diesel expertise. Harbin Refinery built by the process of 0.3 Mt / a industrial plant put into operation, the processing of heavy oil catalytic cracking diesel, has produced qualified -35 low pour diesel.
