特色学校是指在独特、稳定的办学理念下形成的学校。校本课程是以学校为本,学校自主开发的课程。以文献法对校本课程在特色学校的建设中发挥的作用进行了研究,得出应重视校本课程在教师特色专业的专业化培养、特色学校特色建设的促进、特色学校可持续发展的创建等方面的作用,适当开发校本课程,促进特色学校的建设。
Characteristic school refers to the unique and stable concept of running a school formed under the school. School-based curriculum is a school-based, self-developed school curriculum. This paper studies the role of school-based curriculum in the construction of characteristic schools by means of literature method, and points out that the emphasis should be placed on the specialization of school-based curriculum in the specialty of teachers, the promotion of characteristic school construction and the sustainable development of characteristic schools The role of appropriate development of school-based curriculum to promote the construction of characteristic schools.
