随着我国经济的平稳发展,中小企业在这一过程中越来越发挥出举足轻重的作用。纵观其在市场的占有率,不仅推动国家经济增长和市场繁荣稳步前进,而且还解决了社会就业问题并承担着社会责任。中小企业经营管理的重点是财务活动的管理,而在日益激烈的竞争中,面对着经济市场的大环境难免会产生由于管理不善而导致的财务管理上的各种问题,这就会对企业的发展产生阻碍作用。因此,中小企业要重视对财务管理方面的监管,加大力度改善不完善的现状。本文也正是从这一角度出发探讨中小企业在财务管理方面的问题并提出相应的对策。
