目前,对于建筑工程而言,其工程管理及质量是一项相对繁杂、动态及系统化的过程,相关的部分和企业均要依照国际上各类先进的管理理念,按照工程的实际情况来应用行之有效的措施在最大限度之上强化建筑工程管理及施工质量控制。现如今,我们国家研究建筑工程项目工程管理及施工质量控制中的问题尚处在初级阶段,其后续发展还得需要加大其研究的力度及深度,另外国内相关的学者要时刻保持一个端正以及虚心求教的态度来学习国际上这方面先进的施工经验。鉴于此,本文主要分析提高建筑工程管理及施工质量控制的有效策略。
