徐州市饮食文化研究会经过充分筹备于2014年4月18日在徐州技师学院隆重召开成立大会。市政协副主席赵彭城,市委宣传部副部长、市社科联主席刘宗尧,九州职业技术学院朱浩熙院长,徐州技师学院刘涛书记、孙秀华院长等200余人参加了成立大会。市委宣传部副部长、市社科联主席刘宗尧同志在成立大会讲话中指出,成立徐州市饮食文化研究会是我市饮食文化领域广大专家学者和实际工作者的共同愿望,是满足全市人民饮食文化需求的战略选择,也是服务和推动徐州文化中心城市建设的历史必然。研究会今后的发展思路遵循以下四个方面要求:一是坚持宗旨定位。
