本文探讨了具有缓冲功能的三值 Ga As电路的基本结构 ,特别是对三值 Ga As逻辑输出级电路进行了讨论 ,提出了 2种三值 Ga As电路的逻辑级电路的结构 ,经过 PSPICE程序的模拟 ,选取了较理想的一种电路结构 ,并由此建立了对应的开关模型 .根据该模型提出了适用于三值 Ga As在开关元件级的电路设计方法
In this paper, the basic structure of three-valued GaAs circuit with buffering function is discussed. In particular, three-level GaAs logic output stage circuit is discussed. The structure of logic circuit of two kinds of three-level GaAs circuit is proposed. After PSPICE program , A more ideal circuit structure is selected and the corresponding switch model is established.According to the model, a circuit design method for three-level Ga As at the switching element level is proposed
