胃肠道平滑肌瘤是临床上比较少见的消化道良性肿瘤，我院从1983－1998年间共收治本病24例，其中因急症入院19例占总数79％。全部被误诊为其他疾病，误诊率达100％。现报告如下：1．临床资料男性12例，女性7例。年龄最大76岁，最小3岁，其中年龄50岁以上11例。肿瘤分布于胃7例，
Gastrointestinal leiomyoma is a relatively rare clinical benign tumor of the digestive tract. Our hospital has treated 24 cases of the disease from 1983 to 1998, of which 19 cases accounted for 79% of the total. All were misdiagnosed as other diseases and the misdiagnosis rate was 100%. The report is as follows: 1. Clinical data were 12 males and 7 females. The oldest is 76 years old and the youngest is 3 years old, among which 11 cases are older than 50 years old. Tumors are distributed in 7 cases of the stomach.
