试验研究制动器结构参数对制动噪声的影响,建立鼓式制动器高频噪声问题的结构闭环耦合模型,运用Hamilton变分原理推导该问题的结构闭环耦合动力学方程。并针对某车通过改变制动底板的结构参数,利用本模型进行计算分析。”理论分析与试验结果在一定程度上定量一致。本理论模型是针对双领蹄型鼓式制动器建立的,但可在改变局部结构和边界条件的情况下适应于任何型式的鼓式制动器。
The influence of structural parameters of brake on the braking noise was studied. A closed-loop coupling model of the structural high-frequency noise of drum brakes was established. The closed-loop coupled dynamic equations of the structure were derived by Hamilton’s principle. Aiming at a certain vehicle, the structural parameters of the brake floor are changed and the model is used for calculation and analysis. “The theoretical analysis and test results are somewhat quantitatively consistent.” The theoretical model was developed for double-headed drum brakes but adapted to any type of drum brake with varying local structures and boundary conditions.
