目的探讨工作场所空气中二氯甲烷(CH2Cl2)的溶剂解吸-气相色谱(GC)测定方法。方法采用活性炭管采样和二硫化碳(CS2)解吸,经HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱分离和氢火焰离子检测器检测,GC测定。结果 CH2Cl2质量浓度在0.6~2 652.0 mg/L呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 99,检出限为0.6 mg/L,采样1.5 L计算出最低检出质量浓度为0.4 mg/m3,批内及批间精密度均<5%,回收率为97.7%~100.8%,采样效率为98.1%~100.0%,穿透容量为7.2 mg,解吸效率为97.9%~100.2%,样品在常温下可保存10 d,工作场所中共存的多种常见有机溶剂不干扰测定。结论该方法准确、灵敏、简单、样品保存时间长,适用于工作场所空气中CH2Cl2的检测。
Objective To investigate the solvent desorption-gas chromatography (GC) method for the determination of methylene chloride (CH2Cl2) in workplace air. Methods Activated carbon tube sampling and carbon disulfide (CS2) desorption were determined by HP-INNOWAX capillary column separation and hydrogen flame ionization detector and determined by GC. Results The concentration of CH 2 Cl 2 showed a linear relationship between 0.6-2652.0 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 99 and a detection limit of 0.6 mg / L. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.5 mg / The inter-batch precision was <5%, the recovery was 97.7% ~ 100.8%, the sampling efficiency was 98.1% ~ 100.0%, the breakthrough capacity was 7.2 mg, the desorption efficiency was 97.9% ~ 100.2% d, a variety of common organic solvents coexist in the workplace do not interfere with the determination. Conclusion The method is accurate, sensitive and simple, and the sample is stored for a long time. It is suitable for the detection of CH2Cl2 in the air of workplace.
