低周疲劳是汽轮机设计和运行中考虑的重点。针对国产 2 0 0 MW机组汽轮机转子上广泛使用的 30 Cr2 Mo V钢材料进行了常温和高温 550℃下应变控制低周疲劳试验。在试验的基础上得到了该材料的低周疲劳特性参数、循环应力 -应变曲线和具有95%置信度 ,误差限为 5%的应变 -寿命曲线 ,并对疲劳试验试样的硬度与寿命的关系进行了探讨
