In order to gain a better understanding of the difficulties and problems of rural power enterprises and summarize the experience of reform and development, the Specialized Group of Rural Power of Tianjin Power Industry Association held a seminar on “Reform and Development of Rural Power Enterprises.” From the nine representatives of Tianjin Rural Power Enterprises, combined with the actual business, talked about the status of rural power reform and understanding of the status quo.
