刘萍,女,1973年生,四川成都人。现为西北政法大学教授、国际法学院副院长、陕西高校哲学社会科学重点研究基地西北政法大学国际法研究中心副主任:1995年毕业于西北政法学院法律系,同年留校任教。1998-2001、2004-2007年间,先后获得西北政法大学国际法专业硕士学位和大连海事大学国际法专业博士学位,并于2013年从重庆大学博七后流动站出站。刘萍教授长期从事国际法学的教学科研工作,
Liu Ping, female, born in 1973, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. He is currently Professor of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Vice Dean of International Law School, Key Research Base of Philosophy and Social Science in Shaanxi University Vice Director of International Law Research Center of Northwest University of Political Science and Law: 1995 Graduated from Law Department of Northwest University of Political Science and Law. From 1998 to 2001 and from 2004 to 2007, he successively obtained a master’s degree in international law from Northwestern University of Political Science and Law and a doctorate in international law from Dalian Maritime University.
