在我看来 ,中小企业板的设立既有积极作用 ,也存在需要注意的方面。而对于监管者和市场组织者来说 ,批准设立中小企业板仅仅是一个开始 ,更重要的工作还在后面。资本市场是需要层次的。与经济的多层次性和多样性相对应 ,一个健全的资本市场不但要有专门为大型企业提供融资服务?
In my opinion, the establishment of small and medium-sized enterprise board both positive role, there are also areas that need attention. For regulators and market organizers, the approval of the establishment of SME board is only the beginning, more important work is still behind. The capital market is in need of hierarchy. Corresponding to the multi-level and diversity of economy, a sound capital market not only needs to provide financing services specifically for large-scale enterprises.
