一、前言为适应我国建设需要和发展机械工业,最近从日本小松制作所引进D155A-1A(320马力液力传动)、D85A-18(220马力液力传动)和D80A-18(220马力机械传动)型三种大马力履带式推土机,在该引进技术材料消化过程中,我们看到小松制作所在上述三种推土机的零部件中,广泛采用了各种非金属材料,以取代若干金属材料,其中有工程塑料、胶粘剂、密封剂(包括密封垫板)、摩擦材料、橡胶和其它等五个大类35种材料18个品种(不包括润滑油、脂、油漆等)。具体分类见表1。
