合成20种新的N-异丙基-S-丙基-N′-取代-N′-苯磺酰基硫(醇)代磷酰二胺酯化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ。合成Ⅰ时,还分离出3种新的环状磷酰二胺酯内酯化合物Ⅲ,经~1HNMR、元素分析及MS证明了它们的结构。初步电生理测试表明,Ⅰ、Ⅱ类化合物对果蝇幼虫种经通道具有较好的阻断作用。
Synthesis of 20 New N-Isopropyl-S-Propyl-N’-Substituted-N’-Benzenesulfonylthiol Phosphoramidothioate Compounds I, II. Three new cyclic phosphoramidothiolactone compounds Ⅲ were also isolated after synthesis Ⅰ. Their structures were confirmed by ~ 1HNMR, elemental analysis and MS. Preliminary electrophysiological tests showed that Ⅰ and Ⅱ compounds have good blocking effect on Drosophila larvae via the channel.
