The Enterprise Management Committee is an organization set up under the “Law on Private-owned Industrial Enterprises” to assist the factory director in deciding major issues in the enterprise. It is also the organizational form in which employees directly participate in making decisions at higher levels of the enterprise. Enterprise Management Committee consists of three members: First, the director, deputy director, chief engineer, chief economist and other administrative person in charge; second party secretary, trade union chairman, secretary of the Communist Youth League, trade union female staff committee director; third is the workers Congress elected to produce
