从目前学校教育的现状来看,所谓的“学困生”大致可分为以下四种类型:一是学习态度不端正的,称为“思想意识较差的学困生”;二是学习习惯和态度不好的,称为“顽皮型学困生”;三是思维缓慢,跟不上课堂节奏的,称为“迟钝型学困生”;四是学科偏差特别严重的,称为“偏科严重学困生”。本文所述的学困生转化主要是指第四种类型,笔者就此结合教学实际谈以下几点做法:一、尊重和爱抚学困生,树立他们的信心一般情况下,老师大多喜欢那些遵守纪律,成绩优异的学
