分析了电阻法控制气氛碳氮总势的原理;介绍了电阻法碳氮总势控制仪和电阻法微机控制气体碳氮共渗系统的硬件原理结构、组成、功能特点、软件流程框图、有关数学模型以及生产应用情况。结果表明,电阻法控制气氛碳氮总势是成功的,可以实现“低氮势”下的气体碳氮共渗工艺过程的自动控制,由此可大大提高产品的质量、降低能耗。
The principle of resistance method for controlling the total carbon and nitrogen of the atmosphere is analyzed. The hardware structure, composition, function, software flow chart of the resistance carbon and nitrogen total potential controller and resistance method computer controlled gas carbonitriding system are introduced. Model and production applications. The results show that the total carbon and nitrogen potential of the atmosphere controlled by the resistance method is successful, and the automatic control of the gas carbonitriding process under the “low nitrogen potential” can be realized, thereby greatly improving product quality and reducing energy consumption.
