结合0Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢丝的组织性能及金属橡胶冷压成型工艺特征的分析,探讨了回火对0Cr18Ni9Ti金属橡胶构件物理及力学性能的影响。结果表明:回火可显著提高金属橡胶构件的承载能力并改变其恢复力曲线的变化特征,但对金属橡胶构件的阻尼损耗能力几乎没有影响。另外,经回火处理的金属橡胶构件宏观结构尺寸也发生了变化,对其初始设计尺寸造成了一定影响。因此,金属橡胶构件应在综合考虑回火对其力学性能和宏观结构尺寸影响的基础上确定回火温度,但一般不宜超过500℃。
Based on the analysis of the microstructure and properties of 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel wire and the characteristics of the cold-formed metal rubber, the effects of tempering on the physical and mechanical properties of 0Cr18Ni9Ti metal rubber were discussed. The results show that tempering can significantly improve the bearing capacity of metal rubber members and change the changing characteristics of the restoring force curves, but has little effect on the damping loss of metal rubber members. In addition, the macro-structure size of tempered metal rubber components also changed, which caused some impact on the initial design size. Therefore, metal rubber components should be considered in the comprehensive consideration of the mechanical properties of tempering and the impact of macro-structure based on the size of the tempering temperature, but generally not more than 500 ℃.
