This article describes the BYC-2-glass furnace furnace real-time control system functions and control methods. The system is based on the 16-bit microprocessor MC68000 core composition. The use of production proved that the system is reliable, significant economic benefits. This paper discusses in more detail the system hardware structure and software program block diagram.Finally gives the system operation and its economic benefits analysis.
