EPC工程总承包模式是国际上较成熟的工程建设模式,我国在大型工程建设方面积极引用该模式,并取得了较突出的经济成果。然而,该工程建设模式在实践中出现了较多的问题,主要集中在工程设计、采购以及施工三个环节。本文系统论述了EPC工程总承包在工程设计、采购以及施工管理中存在的问题,并针对具体问题,提出建设性的对策,以期为EPC工程总承包的管理工作提供理论指导。
EPC general contracting mode is a relatively mature engineering construction mode in the world. China actively refers to this mode in large-scale engineering construction and has achieved outstanding economic results. However, there are many problems in the construction mode of the project, mainly in the three aspects of engineering design, procurement and construction. This article systematically discusses EPC EPC problems in engineering design, procurement and construction management, and proposes some constructive countermeasures for specific problems in order to provide theoretical guidance for the EPC EPC project management.
