制约民营企业发展壮大的主要因素之一就是缺乏合理的人力资源管理。本文通过分析当前民营企业人力资源管理所存在的问题,并提出解决问题的对应措施,希望能对民营企业人力资源进行科学化的管理有所帮助。
Restricting the development and expansion of private enterprises, one of the main factors is the lack of reasonable human resources management. This paper analyzes the existing problems of human resources management in private enterprises and puts forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems, hoping to help the scientific management of human resources in private enterprises.
