1995年颁布的《中华人民共和国中国人民银行法》、《中华人民共和国商业银行法》、《中华人民共和国保险法》、《中华人民共和国票据法》、《全国人大常委会关于惩治破坏金融秩序犯罪的决定》(以下简称“四法一决定”)已经颁布两周年,两年来,“四法一决定”不仅为社会营造了和谐的金融环境,而且创造了良好的宏观经济环境。金融形势平稳发展,物价增幅勒马徐行,国民经济继续保持了较高的增长势头……金融业,真正驶入了法制快车道。
