采用放免法观察大鼠PTZ点燃以及服用调理脾胃复方治疗后,脑内神经肽SS、SP、AVP含量的变化。结果发现,PTZ点燃大鼠海马内AVP明显降低,SS、SP无明显变化;大脑皮层内SS显著升高,AVP、SP明显减少。调理脾胃复方治疗后,上述脑区AVP显著增加;大脑皮层内SS明显减少,SP明显增加。提示癫痫发作及调理脾胃复方抗痫机制可能与脑内SS、SP、AVP等的变化有关。
The radioimmunoassay was used to observe the changes of neuropeptide SS, SP and AVP levels in rat brain after PTZ lighting and the treatment of spleen and stomach. The results showed that the AVP in hippocampus of PTZ-treated rats was significantly decreased, SS and SP were not significantly changed; the content of SS in cerebral cortex was significantly increased and AVP and SP were significantly decreased. After the treatment of spleen and stomach, the above-mentioned brain AVP increased significantly; the cerebral cortex SS decreased significantly, SP increased significantly. Suggesting that epileptic seizures and spleen and stomach compound anti-epileptic mechanism may be related to changes in brain SS, SP, AVP and so on.
