在2006年召开的十六届六中全会上,中央调整了“效率优先,兼顾公平”这一一直以来的政策指针,开始系统地改革分配制度。可以说突如其来也可以说意料之中的中国资产膨胀潮,为这一战略任务提供了难得的环境,同时也硬化这项任务的不可回避性。房市,股市加剧着财富在全社会的分配,随之而来的将是阶层之问的大幅度疏离,现在的问题是,在中国开始致力于和谐之前,对和谐这两字之间的距离要有—个客观的判断。
