以中国地质矿产部地球化学标准参考样GSS—1为样本,对较流行的加拿大地球化学家Andre’ Tessier推荐的颗粒态痕量金属形态逐级提取程序进行了逐级添加标准物回收检验研究。初步证实A. Tessier程序能以较高的准确度、精密度对土壤样品中的金属进行逐级提取,但各级分浸提液的选择性并不专一,较严重的跨级现象使级分回收率差。尽管总体回收率较好,跨级现象却使得到的形态分布的实际意义显著逊色。
Taking the geochemical reference sample GSS-1 of the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources of China as a sample, a step-by-step standard recovery test was conducted for the more popular Canadian geochemist Andre ’Tessier’s step-by-step extraction procedure of particulate trace metals. Preliminary confirmed A. Tessier program with higher accuracy and precision of the metal in the soil sample by level, but the selectivity of each fraction extract is not specific, more serious cross-class phenomenon to grade Poor recovery rate. Although the overall recovery rate is good, the cross-level phenomenon makes the actual distribution of the morphology significantly worse.
