目的建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)快速检测豆制品中硼含量的方法。方法样品经直接溶剂超声提取后,用ICP-OES直接测定,选择249.677 nm作为硼元素的测定波长,进样速率为1.5 mL/min。结果该方法在1.00~10.0 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 4,平均回收率为96.1%~103.6%,相对标准偏差为2.01%~4.12%,检测限(以硼计)为0.17 mg/kg。采用该方法对豆制品中的大豆、水、盐卤、熟石膏4种原料(各15份样品)进行硼含量检测,结果显示,4种原料中以大豆中的平均硼含量最高,为17.57 mg/kg,其次为熟石膏1.34 mg/kg、盐卤为0.77 mg/kg、水中硼含量为0.33 mg/L。建议豆制品硼本底值为2.08 mg/kg。结论该方法回收率、精密度和检测限均能满足实验要求,适用于当前快速检测工作。大豆中的硼含量是豆制品中硼的主要来源,因此在对豆制品硼含量的日常监测中,应充分考虑豆制品的高硼本底值。
Objective To establish a method for the rapid determination of boron in soy products by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). Methods The samples were directly extracted by sonication and directly determined by ICP-OES. The determination wavelength of 249.677 nm was chosen as boron element, and the injection rate was 1.5 mL / min. Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 1.00-10.0 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 4 and an average recovery of 96.1% -103.6% with a relative standard deviation of 2.01% -4.12%. The detection limit (calculated as boron ) Was 0.17 mg / kg. The method was applied to the determination of boron in four raw materials (15 samples) of soybeans, water, bittern and plaster of soybean. The results showed that the average content of boron in the four kinds of raw materials was the highest, which was 17.57 mg / kg, followed by plaster of 1.34 mg / kg, brine of 0.77 mg / kg and boron of 0.33 mg / L. The recommended soy meal base is 2.08 mg / kg. Conclusion The method of recovery, precision and detection limit can meet the experimental requirements, applicable to the current rapid detection. Boron content in soybeans is the main source of boron in soy products, and therefore, the high boron background value of soy products should be fully taken into account in routine monitoring of boron content of soy products.
