目的用正交试验法优选紫蒲痛风合剂的提取工艺,为其制备工艺、质量控制等提供理论依据。方法以水提浸膏收得率和绿原酸转移率为考察指标,采用正交试验法对紫蒲痛风合剂的提取工艺过程中提取料液比、提取次数、每次提取时间3个因素进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺为药材8倍量的水,提取3次,每次提取30 min。结论经正交试验优选的紫蒲痛风合剂的提取工艺简便、可靠、重复性好,可为大生产实验提供理论依据。

Conclusion Orthogonal test of the preferred purple Pu Gout mixture extraction process is simple, reliable, reproducible, and can provide a theoretical basis for large-scale production experiments.
