萜类昆虫保幼激素(2E,4E)—3,7,11—三甲基—2,4—十二碳二烯酸衍生物是一类对人畜无害、对环境无污染的高效农药。3,7—二甲基辛醛是合成这类昆虫保幼激素的关键中间体之一,又可作为食品工业的特效杀菌剂和消毒剂,在有机合成和农药生产中具有重要的价值。本文以10%P_d—C为催化剂,使柠檬醛在常压条件下选择性加氢,氢化液经滤出催化剂、脱除溶剂,减压蒸馏制得产物,收率可达80%左右。这一合成方法具有操作简便、条件温和、选择性好、收率较高以及催化剂和溶剂易回收
The terpenoid juvenile hormone (2E, 4E) -3,7,11-trimethyl-2,4-dodecadienoic acid derivatives are a class of highly effective pesticides that are harmless to humans and animals and environmentally friendly. 3,7-Dimethyloctanal is one of the key intermediates in the synthesis of this kind of insect juvenile hormone. It can also be used as an effective bactericide and disinfectant in the food industry, and is of great value in organic synthesis and pesticide production. In this paper, 10% P_d-C as catalyst, the citral is selectively hydrogenated at atmospheric pressure, the hydrogenation solution was filtered off the catalyst, the solvent was removed, the product was distilled off under reduced pressure, the yield of up to 80%. This synthetic method has the advantages of simple operation, mild conditions, good selectivity, high yield and easy recovery of catalyst and solvent
