目的为摸清2007-2011年章丘市医疗卫生单位消毒工作基本情况及存在问题,督促医疗卫生单位整改,提高消毒工作质量。方法按照GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》、GB15981-1995《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》及《消毒技术规范》(卫生部2002年版),对所采样品进行检测。结果 5年共检样品6 076份,总体合格率为91.16%,2007-2011年合格率依次为87.28%,91.40%,93.73%,91.83%,92.91%,经统计学处理,有显著性差异(χ2=36.46,P<0.05)。结论章丘市医疗卫生单位消毒工作仍存在一定问题,市、乡、村三级监测合格率随着级别的高低呈现由高到低的趋势,乡、村级医疗卫生单位依然是消毒监测监督的重点。
Objective To find out the basic situation and existing problems of disinfection work of medical and health units in Zhangqiu City from 2007 to 2011, urge rectification of medical and health units and improve the quality of disinfection work. Methods According to GB15982-1995, “hospital disinfection health standards”, GB15981-1995 “disinfection and sterilization effect evaluation methods and standards” and “disinfection technical specifications” (Ministry of Health 2002 edition), the samples taken for testing. Results A total of 6 076 samples were obtained in 5 years. The overall pass rate was 91.16%. The pass rates in 2007-2011 were 87.28%, 91.40%, 93.73%, 91.83% and 92.91% respectively. There were significant differences χ2 = 36.46, P <0.05). Conclusion There are still some problems in the disinfection of medical and health units in Zhangqiu City. The qualified rate of three levels of monitoring in cities, townships and villages shows a descending trend from high to low, and the medical and health units in township and village level are still supervised and disinfected Focus.
