培养具有创新精神与实践能力的人是当前职业教育改革的最强音,现代职业教育应以培养创新能力为目标,并以此为指导来改革我们的职业教育观念,改进职业教育方式。当今世界是一个急剧变革,以创新为特征的时代。经济全球化和新技术革命导致工作世界的根本变革,它向传统职业教育提出了严峻挑战,同时呼唤一种新的职业教育理念,实现“职业教育现代化”已成为当今世界职业教育发展的共同趋势。培养具有创新能力的劳动者是现代职业教育的本质特征。
To cultivate people with innovative spirit and practical ability is the strongest voice in the current vocational education reform. Modern vocational education should aim at fostering innovative ability and use it as a guide to reform our concept of vocational education and improve vocational education. The world today is a time of rapid change and innovation. Economic globalization and new technological revolution lead to the fundamental transformation of the world of work. It poses a severe challenge to traditional vocational education. At the same time, it calls for a new concept of vocational education and “modernization of vocational education” has become a common trend in the development of vocational education in the world today . Cultivating innovative workers is an essential feature of modern vocational education.
