本文以提取时间、温度,溶媒为三因素,采用正交设计法,考察虫草头孢菌粉的提取工艺,结果得最佳工艺为A_1B_1C_1。
In this paper, extraction time, temperature and solvent were used as the three factors. The orthogonal design method was used to inspect the extraction process of Cordyceps cephalosporin powder. The best technology was A_1B_1C_1.
