Objective To observe the changes of standing tolerance and + Gz endurance of pilots suffering from hypertension and drug treatment. Methods A total of 10 hypertensive pilot fighters with an average age of (36 ± 6) years old were selected. No cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications were found after clinical examination.
