Shi Haizhen reported that Zhejiang Longyou specialty paper industry technology innovation service platform is a provincial-level science and technology innovation service platform approved by Science and Technology Department of Zhejiang Province. After pre-construction and cooperation with China Pulp and Paper Research Institute, the platform has passed the inspection. On March 23, 2017, Sun Bo, party secretary of China Pulp and Paper Research Institute, and his entourage came to Longyou County, Quzhou City to exchange ideas on the follow-up cooperation on building a technology innovation service platform for Longyou Special Paper Industry in Zhejiang Province. The management of Chengbei Industrial Park Chen Min, deputy director of the committee and platform leader
